A look through the trees at the tower Orthanc in Isengard, home to Saruman The White.

This is practice for larger scenes. I have not done much work on anything of this scale. Much of my time here was spent exploring ways to create decent trees. In the end, I settled on using the MTree add-on for Blender. The scene took about four minutes to render and composite.
