I really need a better material for these blades. Anyone have a favorite Substance or procedural Blender material they could suggest?

I went sci-fi with this one. A healer's sword? I guess one could heal with a sword.... Don't think about it too hard.

I decided to take part in this year's "Swordtember" art challenge using the daily prompts posted on Blenderartists.org. The idea is to create a daily piece depicting a sword themed around that day's prompt. Each of these renders represents about three hours of work each. That's three hours from concept to final composition. It's been a fun challenge (so far) to see what can be done in such a short period of time on a daily basis! I have a definite favorite. What's yours?

The prompts

Today's prompt is "Royal Hunt Leader". I would think that a huntsman's weapon would be a bow, so I have gone with a hunting knife blade.
